El servicio que prove Naser Group Inc es excelente. En un momento tan dificil como cuando uno pierde un ser querido, es un descanzo saber que hay companies profesionales donde no solo saben lo que hacen, sino que demuestran empatia por el cliente. Mi punto de contacto fue Freddy. Desde el primer contacto senti que podia confiar en que el proceso de repatriacion desde Florida a Colombia, estaba en muy buenas manos. El tuvo completa disponibilidad para todas las preguntas que mi familia y yo teniamos. Amazing group went above and beyond to get my spouses ashes expedited during the Christmas holidays and did a wonderful job helping with all of the arrangements between the hospital and the funeral home. Has great communication skills and was able to get the necessary documents from outside of the country to do all of the necessary functions. Amazing team they work well together and provide excellent customer service and are very courteous and understanding. Everyone is very comforting and loving on you during this most difficult time.
